Comforter

Peace, Love, and Happiness; Man. What more can I possibly say?

Genuine vintastic. My friend Cheri found this piece at the Steinbach thrift 'n' gift. It is paired up with a tablecloth or two and a curtain that must have made many people's heads spin. I put that piece on the inside to spare you all the agony. And in little bits, it is remarkably charming.

The side pocket fabric was sent to me from a woman in Alberta who is restoring an old boler. Naturally, she got one of the "boler" bags from a few months ago. (And you thought these names were coincidental....)
Comforter seemed like a good name. I always get warm and cozy feelings from these older fabrics. Somehow, regardless of change swirling around us all the time, those lovely reminders of past still come around to comfort us.

Put your name, or a pretend name in the comments with a proposed auction price. I'll be coming around 6 pm to see where to send off some good vibes.
